1. Nature of the service
Lawfull4us / Global Pass is a SaaS platform providing legal intake management, automated communication, and connectivity with independent licensed attorneys. We are not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is formed between any user and Derteano Group LLC.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renewing. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. A 30-day refund applies to the first payment of each plan (software subscription only; see Terms for scope).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, mass unsolicited communications, unauthorized access to other accounts, or any activity that disrupts service operation.
5. Intellectual property
All software, design, and content on the platform belong to Derteano Group LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service per these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derteano Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Collier County, Florida.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
