2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, case details during intake), payment data processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers), usage data (pages visited, features used), and device/browser metadata for security.
3. How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional communications (receipts, reminders), match client intake to attorneys on the marketplace, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS), and independent attorneys on the platform when you submit a paid intake. We never sell personal data to advertisers.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active plus 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing legal@lawfull4us.com.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each account is isolated. We do not share data between attorney accounts.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. For California residents (CCPA) or EEA/UK residents (GDPR), additional rights apply. Contact legal@lawfull4us.com to exercise your rights.
8. Cookies
We use essential session cookies and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
9. Children
The platform is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We will notify you by email 30 days before material changes to this policy.
